We honor a 30 day return policy for unused resalable boards. We understand that big purchases can be scary, especially if this is the first time you’re adventuring with this kind of equipment.
We’ll refund you for the full price of your returned products as long as we receive the products within 30 days of the date of purchase and the products are in the original packaging in retail condition.
Please email us with your name and order number to make a return.
We’ll issue a refund once we’ve received and inspected the products and all accompanying accessories. Please keep in mind that this refund will not include a reimbursement for shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, call us at 888-488-2369 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. We need you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damaged goods in order to rectify the issue with our shipping companies quickly and get you on a paddleboards as soon as possible.
Your return does not include reimbursement for shipping costs.
