4-Pose Yoga Challenge to Try on Your Paddleboard This Weekend

There are many, many reasons to practice Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga. Total immersion in nature—especially water—creates a tranquil environment conducive for relaxation and focus, for one. Plus, the wind and constant movement of the water increase resistance, creating a more intense workout. We will revisit and fully break down the various benefits of SUP yoga in a future blog post. But for now, we’re just going to show you where to start. Below is your weekend challenge… if you choose to accept it.

These four poses are not only good for novice yogis in general, but they are great for your first go at Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga too, as they do not require a great amount of balance and stabilization.
